This hotel truly sealed the deal for me with its beautiful, modern, well-equipped, quiet, and large rooms; the comforts were simply impeccable. The service, especially after becoming too aggravated, was top-notch, and the breakfast was fabulous. The location right next to a tranquil lake and in the shadow of the Zugspitze was simply stunning. The dining experience with a rich selection and being right next to the lake is the cherry on top.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a spacious balcony and nice decor. However, some cleanliness issues were noted, like soda marks on the desk and mold in the shower. The location is stunning, nestled by a tranquil lake and with magnificent views of Zugspitze. Service was friendly and responsive, though there were initial delays. The dining experience was incredible with a rich selection, complemented by a beautiful spa. Price may be a concern for some, but overall, the value for money is good.
